Training Anatomy: Educational Fitness Content for Fitaku
This project was created for fitness influencer Fitaku to educate viewers on effective back and arm training techniques while providing a deeper understanding of muscle engagement during exercise. The goal was to create content that not only demonstrates proper workout form but also helps audiences visualize exactly how specific movements target different muscle groups.
To maintain an agile production workflow, I filmed the entire project using an iPhone 16 Pro Max, capturing a variety of exercise demonstrations in a gym environment. The footage was then enhanced through post-production, where I combined my video editing and motion graphics expertise to create animated muscle overlays that highlight the primary muscles activated during each exercise.
Using Adobe After Effects, I designed and animated anatomical graphics that synchronize with the athlete's movements, creating an engaging educational experience that bridges fitness instruction with visual storytelling. These motion graphics help viewers better understand exercise mechanics while adding a professional and dynamic visual element to the content.
As the filmmaker, editor, and motion graphics artist, I handled every stage of the production process from filming and editing to animation and final delivery. The result is an informative social media piece that blends fitness education, mobile filmmaking, and motion design to create content that is both visually engaging and valuable to viewers looking to improve their training knowledge.
