Espresso Martini is a self-directed spec commercial created to test the capabilities of my new camera system while refining my production workflow for hospitality and lifestyle advertising. Produced in collaboration with a local wine bar on Lower Greenville, the project allowed me to explore how I would plan, organize, and execute a commercial shoot in a real-world environment.

As the director, producer, cinematographer, storyboard artist, and editor, I managed every stage of production from concept development through final delivery. The commercial follows a single actress across two locations—the wine bar and Davis Park—using cinematic visuals to capture the feeling of escaping into a moment of indulgence through an espresso martini.
This project served as both a creative experiment and a technical exercise, allowing me to test camera equipment, lighting approaches, shot composition, production logistics, and post-production techniques. I also used the project to explore new editing styles and visual storytelling methods aimed at creating a polished, commercial-quality advertisement that blends lifestyle branding with cinematic filmmaking.
