Capturing the Magic: My First Photography Experience at DreamCon 2022
In 2022, I had the exciting opportunity to take photos at DreamCon for the first time, marking a major milestone in my journey as a visual storyteller. It was a fun and eye-opening experience that helped me grow both technically and socially. I spent the weekend capturing vibrant cosplay moments, meeting new people, and guiding them through poses—often for the first time. Navigating a fast-paced environment taught me the importance of choosing well-lit locations, and I learned valuable lessons from my early mistakes. More than anything, it was a great chance to connect, network, and sharpen my skills in a creative and welcoming space.
