Framing Resilience: Cinematic Highlights of Deep Ellum’s Business Buzz Amid Construction​​​​​​​
Working on the cinematography project in Deep Ellum, Dallas, was an exciting challenge, as we aimed to showcase the vibrant local businesses while highlighting the city's efforts to mitigate issues from ongoing street construction. My team and I used a Sony FX9 cinema camera, paired with a 21mm cinema lens, mounted on a Manfrotto tripod, and we utilized a scrim for lighting control to ensure both the businesses and construction work were well-lit and visually appealing. The goal was to make everything and everyone look professional and presentable, emphasizing that these businesses remained open and accessible despite the construction challenges
