Capturing the Cost of Living: A Video on Dallas Rent
I created a video highlighting how skyrocketing Dallas rent has been impacted by RealPage software, using the project as both a social commentary and a showcase of my filmmaking abilities. From the early stages of planning and scriptwriting to location scouting and directing, I treated the piece as a professional production, carefully framing shots to capture the weight of the issue. Behind the camera, I focused on composition, pacing, and visual storytelling to drive the message home, while also managing the technical aspects of lighting and sound.
